Medellín real estate listings are loud and hard to compare: stale prices, units that are no longer available, and wide variation from portal to portal. Buyers routinely overpay without knowing it. The math you’d want before making an offer doesn’t get published anywhere. FlipMedellín does that math.
HOW WE’RE DIFFERENT
A broker has every reason to close you. A portal has every reason to keep you scrolling. We have one reason: bring you listings that hold up to math you can check yourself. Every number on this site is sourced or labeled as a curator estimate. Every editorial assessment is signed by our curators. If a comparison number is two months old, we say so. If a sub-zone has thin data, we flag it.
THE METHODOLOGY, IN ONE PARAGRAPH
We scan Medellín's property portals daily, 3,700+ live listings at a time, plus the bank-owned portals and off-market inventory most foreigners never find. We surface only the units priced at least 10% below the calibrated price range for their specific barrio. We flag common red flags. We publish editorial scores, condition notes, and remodel ranges. We do not predict appreciation, and our scores are editorial reads, not buy or sell recommendations.

Mo Ali built FlipMedellín for himself first. Medellín resident since 2022 and active local investor with a portfolio across El Poblado, he spends his weeks tracking new listings across every relevant portal in the city and working the off-market inventory that doesn’t reach them, including bank-owned units. FlipMedellín exists because the math that guides his own purchases didn’t have a published home, and he got tired of walking other foreign investors through it one conversation at a time.
