No. We show comparable listings, the barrio range, confidence in the result, and the risks we found. You decide whether to buy and what to offer.
Do you represent sellers or brokers?
No. We work for the buyer's side. We do not list homes, take seller commissions, or get paid to push a property. Pro helps you evaluate a listing before you negotiate.
How current is the data?
Every memo shows the listing source, when it was last seen, and the confidence behind the result. The barrio range uses current asking-price evidence adjusted conservatively; it is not closed-sale proof.
Which listing links work?
Pro currently supports sale listings from Finca Raíz, Metrocuadrado, Ciencuadras, Wasi, Lobbie, and Medellín Living. If a link cannot be read or the location cannot be resolved confidently, Pro does not invent a grade.
How do preview access and paid passes work?
