We index publicly available real estate listings in Medellín, compare asking prices against neighborhood data, and publish our analysis. We are not a real estate broker, appraiser, lender, or financial or legal advisor, and nothing on this site is an offer, an appraisal, or investment, legal, or tax advice.
Listing information comes from public broker and portal pages. It can be wrong, outdated, or removed without notice. Prices, areas, fees, and availability must be verified directly with the seller or broker before any decision. Our price ranges, discounts, scores, and written takes are editorial estimates based on the data available to us at the time, and each page states its source and date.

Buying property in Colombia involves diligence we do not perform for public listings: title study (certificado de tradición y libertad), building rules (reglamento de propiedad horizontal), physical inspection, tax and fee verification, and legal review.
